Brooke Furrh grew up in Pampa, Texas. His father and grandfather took pride in their yards and taught him that “a beautiful yard is the reward for meticulous work.” Brooke began mowing his grandfather’s lawn at a young age, learning to meet high expectations with precision and care. 

In 2003, Brooke founded Custom Gardens Amarillo, a company focused on high-end landscaping and full-service outdoor design. Over the years, it has grown to serve Amarillo and surrounding towns throughout the Texas Panhandle, offering everything from planting and irrigation to maintenance and seasonal care. 
 
He also served for six years on the Irrigation Advisory Council to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. This role took him to Austin to discuss water conservation and best practices in landscape irrigation across Texas. Brooke’s dedication to sustainable landscaping and responsible water use continues to influence every project Custom Gardens takes on.
